This report is a guide for assessing the impact of and benchmarking accelerators and other business support programs. It discusses accelerator archetypes, benchmarking advantages and limitations, accelerator logic model frameworks, and explores eight contemporary evaluation examples in order to understand the most appropriate method for evaluating and benchmarking accelerators.
