The Evidence Network's customers are innovation enablers and their stakeholders.

We use a survey approach that is grounded in both practice and theory to provide evidence of innovation enabler performance. Our assessments demonstrate the effectiveness of innovation enabler services and the impact of their services on the performance of their client or member firms.

The Evidence Network's innovation enabler impact assessments are used by:

• Boards, executives, management and employees of innovation enablers that seek to identify innovation enabler operations that are performing well, or those in need of improvement
• Governments, policy or decision makers in their funding decisions of innovation enablers
• Innovation enabler clients, members and others that wish to make decisions on involvement with specific innovation enablers or that want to compare innovation enablers.
