Chen Jin is a China Partner of The Evidence Network, and a
Professor of the College of Public Administration at Zhejiang
University. His research areas are R&D and innovation
management, science, technology and education policy and he has
published 40 books and 200 papers. He is also an independent
board member of three listed companies in China and
Singapore. Chen has degrees in chemical process control and
engineering management (BSc and PhD, Zhejiang University).
Yao Wei is a
China Partner of The Evidence Network. Yao is a PhD candidate
in management science and engineering at Zhejiang University and
conducts research on university-industry collaboration, focusing on
university science parks in China. His research results have
been published in several international journals and conference
proceedings. Yao has a degree in system science and
engineering (BSc, Zhejiang University).
