Sonya Shorey - Canada Partner

Sonya Shorey is a communications executive with over 10 years of experience in achieving business results through the delivery of integrated communications strategies for private, public and non-profit organizations.   She has served as the Director of Marketing Communications for CMC Microsystems from 2001 to 2008, and as Manager of Communications and Organizational Development for the 10G Organization of Optical Networks under the auspices of Nortel Networks from 1999 to 2001.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Combined High Honors in Political Science and English from Carleton University.

Luisa Colasante - Canada Partner

Luisa Colasante brings to The Evidence Network over 15 years experience with the federal government in a range of management and technical capacities including Systems Analyst, IT Security Consultant, IT Business Analyst and Project Manager.  Luisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa.

Chen Jin - China Partner

Chen Jin is a China Partner of The Evidence Network, and a Professor of the College of Public Administration at Zhejiang University.  His research areas are R&D and innovation management, science, technology and education policy and he has published 40 books and 200 papers.  He is also an independent board member of three listed companies in China and Singapore.  Chen has degrees in chemical process control and engineering management (BSc and PhD, Zhejiang University).

Yao Wei - China Partner

Yao Wei is a China Partner of The Evidence Network.  Yao is a PhD candidate in management science and engineering at Zhejiang University and conducts research on university-industry collaboration, focusing on university science parks in China.  His research results have been published in several international journals and conference proceedings.  Yao has a degree in system science and engineering (BSc, Zhejiang University).
